1. Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a booking or enquiry records your request. A trip is confirmed only after our travel team verifies availability, final price and inclusions and sends confirmation. Please provide accurate traveller names, contact details and travel dates.

2. Prices and inclusions

Package prices are shown in Indian rupees and are generally quoted per traveller unless the page states otherwise. The final amount depends on the number of travellers and the inclusions selected. Flights, entry fees, personal expenses, taxes or supplier charges are included only when they are expressly listed.

3. Payments

Where online payment is enabled, you may pay the package deposit shown at booking or the full outstanding balance. Online checkout is processed by Razorpay. Indotrip Global Destinations Pvt. Ltd. does not collect or store card, UPI or bank credentials. A payment is credited only after successful server-side verification.

4. Changes and cancellation

The cancellation percentage and cutoff displayed for the selected package are saved with your booking. They continue to apply even if the public package is changed later. Please read the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy before paying.

5. Travel services

Hotels, transport, airlines and local activities may be supplied by independent providers and remain subject to their availability and operating rules. Travellers are responsible for valid identification, visas, permits, health requirements and arriving on time.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use another person’s payment method without permission. We may reject fraudulent, unlawful or incomplete requests.

7. Service disruption

Weather, government restrictions, transport disruption, natural events or supplier changes may require a reasonable itinerary change. Our team will explain the available alternative, credit or refund according to the affected booking and supplier terms.
