Cancellation and refund policy

Customer cancellation

Each package displays a refund percentage and a cancellation cutoff in days before departure. If cancellation is requested on or before that cutoff, the refund due equals the saved percentage of the amount actually paid. A package marked 0% refund is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled through the customer dashboard.

After the cutoff

Cancellation is unavailable after the package cutoff has passed. Supplier penalties, issued tickets, visa services, permits and other committed costs may also be non-refundable where they were separately agreed.

How to cancel

Sign in, open My Booking Package and use Cancel booking when the booking is eligible. If the option is unavailable, contact our travel team with your booking reference. Repeated cancellation requests do not create an additional refund.

Refund amount and timeline

The eligible amount is calculated from payments received, not from the unpaid booking total. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days after cancellation and verification. Razorpay, the bank or card issuer may require additional time to credit the amount. The booking dashboard shows the refund amount and processing status.

Cancellation by us or a supplier

If a confirmed service cannot be provided, our team will offer a reasonable alternative or explain the applicable refund after considering services already delivered and recoverable supplier amounts. We will not replace your package-specific rule without informing you.
