Varanasi to Ayodhya

Day 1: Arrival in Varanasi & Local Sightseeing

Upon arrival in Varanasi, one of India’s oldest living cities, and meet your representative at the airport or railway station. After hotel check-in and some rest, proceed for local sightseeing. Visit the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most revered Shiva temples in India, followed by Annapurna Temple and Kaal Bhairav Temple. Later, explore the famous Dashashwamedh Ghat, where you can witness the vibrant atmosphere of the Ganges. In the evening, enjoy the spectacular Ganga Aarti on the banks of the River Ganges. After the aarti, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 2: Varanasi Local Sightseeing & Sarnath Excursion

Start the day early with a peaceful boat ride on the River Ganges, passing along the historic ghats and witnessing devotees performing morning rituals. After breakfast, continue with Varanasi sightseeing and visit Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, and Bharat Mata Temple. Later, proceed to Sarnath, located around 10 km from Varanasi and an important Buddhist pilgrimage destination. Visit Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Sarnath Archaeological Museum, and Mulagandha Kuti Vihara. Explore the historical and spiritual significance of the place before returning to Varanasi. Overnight stay at the hotel.&nbsp;

Day 3: Varanasi to Ayodhya Sightseeing

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive from Varanasi to Ayodhya, an important pilgrimage city associated with Lord Rama. Upon arrival, begin sightseeing with a visit to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir, followed by Hanuman Garhi, one of Ayodhya's most prominent temples. Continue to Kanak Bhawan, known for its beautiful architecture and idols of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita. Later, visit Dasharath Bhawan and explore the sacred Saryu River Ghats. In the evening, witness the Saryu Aarti at Ram Ki Paidi, subject to the day's timing and local arrangements. After sightseeing, proceed to the hotel for an overnight stay in Ayodhya.&nbsp;

Day 4: Ayodhya Sightseeing & Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and, depending on your departure schedule, visit any remaining attractions in Ayodhya. You may visit Nageshwarnath Temple and spend some peaceful time at the Saryu Ghats. Later, depart for Varanasi Airport/Railway Station or your onward destination, marking the end of your Varanasi–Sarnath–Ayodhya pilgrimage tour.
